| Provisional booking |
Will be retained for 2 weeks, awaiting your written confirmation and deposit (cheque) which should be equal to the cost of the first night of your stay. |
| Cancellation |
In the case of cancellation, please inform us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a €15 handling fee. If we are unsucessful, you will be charged 2/3 of the total cost of your stay. |
| Insurance |
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance. |
| Arrival and Departure |
Your accommodation will be ready for occupation from 4pm till 8pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please let us know if you will be arriving at any other time. |
| Payment |
Cash (euros) Cheque (euros or sterling Payable to - J Siddle), Bank transfer, Paypal. We do not accept credit cards. |
| General |
The use of the facilities and equipment of the accommodation or in the garden and swimming pool is entirely at the risk of the client and no resposibility can be taken for any injury, loss or damage to the guests.We do not allow smoking in the house. If guests wish to smoke then they may use the outside garden areas. Pet accepted upon reservation only. |
